Yes it sucks. I had to do it in Mixman, which was live and I had to over compress the original song and only 30 sec worked...so yeah.
Crap.
I may redo it with ACID Pro 4, it'l be all in time, in tune, near perfect, and not mention, some special FX also :)

Dude, you obviously put absolutely NO effort into that. Not only was it a stolen song, but it was a lousy one. I think this pitiful little entry should get you banned for life.
